Combine the dry ingredients in a 250ml cup (approximately).
Add oil and milk and stir with a spoon to have a smooth mixture; if it looks too dry, add 1 tablespoon of milk.
Add a tablespoon of pistachio spread in the middle of the cup.
Place the cup in the middle of the microwave and cook on 600 W for 3 minutes. The cake surface must be firm to the touch, but the heart must be soft such as a chocolate lava cake.
Sprinkle with cocoa or sugar and enjoy immediately!
