Easy vegan coconut cake

Ingredienti
  

  • 100 g flour whole wheat
  • 50 g coconut flour
  • 40 g brown sugar coconut
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch bicarbonate
  • 200 ml milk plant
  • 15 g coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

Istruzioni
 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl (flours, coconut sugar, turmeric, baking powder, salt and bicarbonate).
  • Add oil and milk then whisk to get a smooth batter.
  • Pour the cake batter into a 8 inch square pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with pumpkin and sunflower seeds, then bake in a preheated oven at 360F for 35 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool down outside the oven. Sprinkle with coconut flour, cut into squares and serve.
