Mix dry ingredients in a bowl (flours, coconut sugar, turmeric, baking powder, salt and bicarbonate).
Add oil and milk then whisk to get a smooth batter.
Pour the cake batter into a 8 inch square pan lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with pumpkin and sunflower seeds, then bake in a preheated oven at 360F for 35 minutes.
Let the cake cool down outside the oven. Sprinkle with coconut flour, cut into squares and serve.
