Easy Pistachio tiramisu {vegan recipe}

For the pistachio mousse

  • 125 g plain tofu
  • 2 tablespoons soy milk
  • 250 g plant based whipping cream
  • 50 g pistachio spread

To complete and decorate

  • 8 vegan cookies e.g. digestives
  • 1 cup bitter coffee
  • q.s. roasted pistachios
  • q.s. unsweetened cocoa powder


  • Keep the cream in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours at least before proceeding with the recipe.
  • Whip the cream until stiff and set aside. Blend tofu with milk and pistachio spread to obtain a smooth cream.
  • Stir in the tofu pistachio cream in the whipped cream; add it in two steps and stir gently upwards using a spatula.
  • Take individual bowls and compose the tiramisu layers, alternating cookies soaked in coffee with the pistachio mousse.
  • Dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder and top with chopped pistachios.


Keep the pistachio tiramisu in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
