Blend the chickpeas along with fresh herbs, salt and pepper to taste, until you get an homogeneous mixture. If you like it, spice the mixture up by adding some curry powder.
Put the chickpea mixture into a large bowl and add the chickpea flour. Knead using your hands and divide into 4 equal parts, then shape them into patties.
Heat a nonstick pan with a drizzle of olive oil, cook the chickpea patties on low heat 7-8 minutes each side.
