Light vegan mayo
juice (or apple cider vinegar)
Combine the yogurt, turmeric salt and lemon juice in an immersion blender cup.
Pulse with the blender just a few times, then start pouring the oil little by little with the blender running.
When you have finished the oil blend at high speed for a couple of minutes; the mixture will get thick and airy.
You can serve the mayo right away, but for better texture rest 1 hour in the fridge.
