Maple syrup, fresh fruit and oat flakes are a great topping for these pancakes, but you can choose to top them as you like: try ice cream, nuts and chocolate too for a great healthy dessert!The vegan banana oat pancakes keep well in the fridge for 2 to 3 days, they'll be good cold or lightly reheated too.
