  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour whole wheat
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk soy (or other plant milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana ripe

Maple syrup, fresh fruit and oat flakes are a great topping for these pancakes, but you can choose to top them as you like: try ice cream, nuts and chocolate too for a great healthy dessert!
The vegan banana oat pancakes keep well in the fridge for 2 to 3 days, they'll be good cold or lightly reheated too.
