Istruzioni
Whisk together the flour, yeast, salt and white chocolate powder. Add sugar, milk and margarine and whisk to get an homogeneous batter.
Add goji berries (preferably soaked in water for 10 minutes), chop coarsely the pecans and add them too. Whisk to distribute them evenly.
Pour the blondies batter into a 8 inch square baking tray covered with parchment paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 360°F for 20 minutes then let cool down. Cut into 9 squares and enjoy your healthy white chocolate blondies!
Note
The blondies keep well in the fridge up to 5 days.
* You can substitute it with 45g melted white chocolate plus 1 tsp corn starch.
