Ingredienti
  

For the smoothie:

  • 1 banana small, sliced and frozen
  • 1 tsp goji berries powder
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries frozen
  • 1/2 cup milk plant (e.g. almond, oat)
  • 1 tbsp pecans

For the topping:

  • q.s. dragon fruit dried
  • q.s. pecans
  • q.s. mixed berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Istruzioni
 

  • Blend the frozen banana with berries, plant milk, pecan nuts and goji berry powder until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie in a bowl and top with the dragon fruit, fresh berries, chia seeds and other pecan nuts; you can add basil or mint leaves and edible flowers, if you like. Serve immediately.

Note

The smoothie bowl can be stored in the fridge for 24 hours without toppings, which should be added just before serving.
