Istruzioni
Line two 7 inch round molds with parchment paper and turn on the oven at 360°F.
Chop dark chocolate and melt it along with milk and cocoa powder in the microwave or a double boiler.
Mix the chocolate mixture with a whisk and add the oil. Add sifted flour and baking powder, whisk just until you get a smooth batter.
Add chopped pears to chocolate cake batter and pour half of it in each cake mold. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Note
The vegan chocolate and pear cake keeps at room temperature for half a day, if you store it in the fridge it keeps fresh and moist up to 5 days.
