* Adding milk makes your pizza softer, if you are vegan or lactose intolerant you can use unsweetened plant milk except for rice and nuts milk (their flavor is not suitable for this recipe).
** If it’s more comfortable for you, you can store your pizza dough in the fridge and let it rise overnight, the bowl must be closed with food wrap. You’ll just have to let the dough rest at room temperature for a couple of hours before going on with the next steps of the recipe.
