Ingredienti
  • 300ml milksoy
  • 50g cocoapowder
  • 200g dark chocolate(preferably sugar free)
  • 200g flourspelt or all purpose
  • 50g oilsunflower
  • 15g baking powder
  • 2 pearmedium ripe
  • 1tsp cocoapowder (optional, for dusting)
Istruzioni
  1. Line two 7 inch round molds with parchment paper and turn on the oven at 360°F.
  2. Chop dark chocolate and melt it along with milk and cocoa powder in the microwave or a double boiler.
  3. Mix the chocolate mixture with a whisk and add the oil. Add sifted flour and baking powder, whisk just until you get a smooth batter.
  4. Add chopped pears to chocolate cake batter and pour half of it in each cake mold. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Recipe Notes

The vegan chocolate and pear cake keeps at room temperature for half a day, if you store it in the fridge it keeps fresh and moist up to 5 days.
